About Us
The purpose of the Education Club is to support the development of future educators by providing opportunities for professional learning, collaboration, service, advocacy, and community engagement. Through participation in a variety of activities, including but not limited to, workshops, conferences, networking opportunities, service projects, and campus initiatives, members develop the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to become effective educators and teacher leaders. Committed to lifelong learning and the success of all learners, members are encouraged to take active leadership roles within the university, local schools, professional organizations, and the broader community while supporting one another’s well-being and making a positive impact on students, families, and fellow educators.
