Details

Group fitness is a great way to begin - and continue - your fitness journey. Join the open and welcoming class whether you are a beginner or experienced, classes are tailored to your level and are fun for all! Boot Camp at 5:30pm, Pilates at 6:15pm, and Yoga at 7:00pm. Join in one, two, or all three every Thursday night in the Bieler Center, room 117 (next to the fitness center).
